PulsarQ™ Radar Level Sensor

60 GHz pulsed coherent radar — non-contact level sensing for water, wastewater, and chemical tanks.

Non-Contact Level Sensing

PulsarQ™ is a 60 GHz pulsed coherent radar level sensor that measures liquid level without ever touching the liquid. Its narrow 20° beam delivers millimeter-level accuracy in wet wells, chemical tanks, clear wells, and water towers — sensing range 0.15–6 m (0.5–20 ft) at under 150 mW.

PulsarQ can read liquid level through the wall of a plastic chemical tank, so it can be installed externally on tanks of hypochlorite, fluoride, and other aggressive chemistries without ever exposing the sensor to the contents. The PETG-CF body and PETG lens are UV-stable and chemically resistant, so it survives both outdoor sun and indoor splash.

Key Features

  • 60 GHz Pulsed Coherent Radar — 20° beam, robust to vapors, foam, and condensation
  • 0.5–20 ft Range — 0.15–6 m; sized for wet wells, chemical tanks, and clear wells
  • 2 mm Accuracy, 1 mm Resolution — Automatic AI calibration on power up and on temperature drift
  • Reads Through Plastic — Measure liquid level externally on plastic chemical tanks
  • Ultra-Low Power — Less than 150 mW (< 10 mA @ 12 VDC) — runs on solar with ease
  • Modbus RS-485 — Simple 10-register map, drop-in compatible with any SCADA or PLC
  • RGB Status LED — Calibrating, valid reading, peak overflow, and error states at a glance
  • M12 4-pin Connector — Industry-standard connector for power and signal
  • PETG-CF Housing — UV-stable and chemically resistant
